Privacy Policy

How FluxifyAI collects, uses, and protects your information.

Effective date: August 1, 2026

FluxifyAI ("we," "us," "our") provides AI automation services for local businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We operate in Charlotte, North Carolina and the surrounding area.

1. Two kinds of information

We handle information in two distinct roles, and the difference matters:

  • As a business ourselves. When you contact us about our services, we collect and use your information to reply and to decide whether we can help.
  • On behalf of our clients. When you interact with a chatbot, text line, or booking system we built for a local business, that business decides what happens to your information. We process it for them, under their instructions. If you want that information corrected or deleted, contact the business directly — though you may also contact us and we will pass the request on.

2. Information we collect directly from you

  • Contact form: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, business name, and whatever message you write.
  • Booking: if you schedule a call, our scheduling provider collects your name, email address, and the details needed to book the meeting.
  • Technical data: standard server logs including browser type, IP address, and pages visited.

3. Phone numbers and text messages

Some of the businesses we work with use a text messaging service we operate for them. This section explains how that works.

How your number is obtained

You contact the business first. Either you send a text to the business's published number, or you call it. Your phone number is supplied by you, in the act of contacting them. We do not buy, rent, or otherwise obtain phone numbers from third-party lists, and we do not send messages to anyone who has not first contacted the business.

What you receive

  • If your call is not answered, an automated text inviting you to continue by message.
  • Replies to messages you send.
  • Confirmations and reminders for appointments you book.

Message frequency depends on your own replies. Message and data rates may apply.

Stopping messages

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation and nothing further. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact the business directly.

What is not shared

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Phone numbers and message contents are used to deliver the service the business has asked us to provide, and for nothing else. We do not sell phone numbers, and we never buy, rent, or import them from third-party lists.

Our full messaging disclosures — how you opt in, message frequency, cost, and how to stop messages — are on our Text Messaging Terms page.

4. How we use information

  • To respond to your enquiry and provide information about our services.
  • To schedule and conduct calls and consultations.
  • To deliver, maintain, and improve the automations we run for our clients.
  • To send service-related communications, including onboarding and billing notices.
  • To protect our systems from abuse.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use the contents of conversations to train AI models.

5. Service providers

We rely on the following providers to operate the service. Each processes data under its own privacy policy:

  • Twilio — delivers text messages and handles phone calls.
  • Anthropic — provides the AI model that generates replies.
  • Supabase — hosts the database where records are stored.
  • Resend — delivers email.
  • Google — calendar integration for appointment booking, where a client has connected one.
  • Vercel — hosts the application.
  • Calendly — powers our own booking calendar.

6. Data retention

We keep enquiry and contact information for as long as necessary to respond and to maintain a record of our dealings with you. Records we hold on behalf of a client are retained for as long as that client asks us to, and are deleted or returned when our work for them ends. Billing records are kept as long as legally required.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct information that is wrong.
  • Ask us to delete your information, subject to legal obligations.
  • Opt out of marketing communications at any time.
  • Opt out of text messages by replying STOP.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.

To exercise any of these, email jpayton@fluxifyai.com. If your request concerns information held on behalf of one of our clients, we will forward it to them.

8. Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information, including encryption in transit and access controls on stored records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
