Service

Booked without a single phone call.

Real availability, checked against your real calendar and your real business hours — offered the moment a customer is ready, held the moment they confirm.

Phone tag is the quiet tax on every booked job: a customer calls, nobody's free to check the calendar, a callback happens two hours later, and by then they've already booked with someone who answered first. Self-service booking removes the round trip entirely — the conversation that captures the job also ends it, with a confirmed time.

It's the same assistant that runs your AI chatbot and missed-call text back, so a customer never has to repeat themselves to get to a booked slot.

How it works

01

The AI checks what's actually free

Not a guess — your real business hours, what's already booked, and (if it's connected) your real Google Calendar, checked live.

02

Real slots get offered, not a callback promise

The customer picks from times that are genuinely open right now, the same way they'd pick a slot on any booking site.

03

The slot is held the moment it's picked

No second person can book the same slot while the conversation is still finishing — it's reserved as soon as they confirm.

04

It syncs back to your calendar

Once Google Calendar is connected, the booking shows up there too — one calendar, not two versions of the truth.

What it actually does

Business-hours aware

Set once — the AI never offers a 9pm slot for a business that closes at 5, or a Sunday if you're closed weekends.

A real confirmation code

Every booking gets a short code the customer can use to look up, reschedule, or ask about their appointment later.

Google Calendar sync

Connect your existing calendar once and every AI-booked job appears on it automatically, checked against what's already there.

Works without a calendar too

No Google Calendar connected yet? Booking still works off the business's own records — connect one whenever you're ready.

What this means for your business

  • Fewer calls spent going back and forth on times
  • No double-booked slots
  • Customers can book the moment they decide, any hour
  • Every booking shows up on the calendar your team already uses
  • A confirmation code the customer actually keeps
  • Less time on the phone, more time on the job

On a Tuesday afternoon

A customer chats in about a routine service call. The assistant asks what they need, checks the calendar, and offers three real slots this week. They pick Thursday at 2pm — it's held immediately, a confirmation code goes out, and if Google Calendar is connected, the job is already sitting on the technician's schedule before the customer has closed the chat window.

Common questions

Does it check my real calendar, or just guess?

Once Google Calendar is connected, it checks real availability live. Without it, bookings are tracked in the business's own records — accurate, but not cross-checked against a separate calendar until you connect one.

Can it double-book a slot?

No — a slot is held the moment a customer confirms it, so a second conversation can't land on the same time.

Does it respect my actual business hours?

Yes. Hours are set per business and the assistant only ever offers times inside them, with a notice period before the slot so nobody's offered an appointment in the next ten minutes.

What if the customer needs to change or cancel?

Every booking comes with a confirmation code, used alongside their email or phone, so a change can be looked up without digging through a text thread.

Do I need Google Calendar for this to work?

No — it works out of the box off the business's own scheduling records. Connecting Google Calendar adds a live, two-way sync on top of that.
