Cookie Policy

How FluxifyAI uses cookies and similar technologies.

Effective date: August 1, 2026

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device so it can recognise you on your next request. They are how a site remembers anything at all between page loads.

2. What we use them for

This marketing site sets no cookies of its own. You can read every page here without one being stored.

Cookies appear in two places:

  • Our client area. When we or a client sign in to manage an account, a single session cookie keeps that person signed in. It is strictly necessary, contains no personal information beyond a signed session token, and is deleted when the session ends.
  • The booking calendar. Our scheduling provider, Calendly, is embedded on the contact section and may set its own cookies when you interact with it. Those are governed by Calendly's cookie policy, not ours.

3. What we do not do

  • We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies.
  • We do not sell or share browsing data.
  • We do not track you across other websites.

4. Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so will not affect your ability to read this site. It may stop the embedded booking calendar from working, in which case you can email us instead at jpayton@fluxifyai.com.

5. Changes

If we start using cookies differently, we will update this page and revise the effective date before the change takes effect.
